I came from a scientific background with a PhD in Biophysics from Stanford University.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a chemistry professor and biotechnology scientist, teaching chemistry and marketing biotech products to the scientific community.
My family and I live near Corvallis, Oregon. We love Oregon for its diverse cultures and beautiful landscapes. My hobbies include reading, hiking, swimming, and gardening. I am fluent in English and Chinese.
Personally, I enjoy cooking, gardening, swimming, and outdoor activities. I donate generously to local charities and volunteer in local schools and communities to benefit the future of our children. I serve as the director of Hua Yi Language & Art academy as well as Growing Visions, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting healthy living.
Having lived in the Willamette Valley for 25 years, I know the various communities and have been selling homes throughout the Valley since 2002. I've lived, worked, volunteered and raised three of my children and two foster children here.
Clients who are new to the area will benefit from my knowledge of the Mid-Valley and can rely on me not only to view homes, but also to learn about the different aspects of the community.
I really enjoy helping people buy and sell homes and use both my real estate experience and familiarity with the area to provide excellent service my clients.
I strive to treat each client as if they were my only client.
I have experience selling new homes, listing and selling existing homes & foreclosure property. I enjoy it all! There are unique aspects associated with the selling of each type of property and I will guide you through your transactions to create the best experience possible.
One area that I especially enjoy is helping clients who are coming to work at or attend OSU.
Most of my clients are referred to me from others who have been happy with the service that I've provided to them.
Every client and their home buying or selling needs are of the utmost importance to me and we will work closely throughout the transaction. My job is not just to assist you in the buying and selling process but to educate you along the way so that you know what you can expect during each phase of the transaction. Communication with my clients is the key.
I am fortunate to be able to work with a team of lenders, contractors, inspectors and title companies to ensure as smooth of a transaction as possible.
Please call me to discuss your real estate needs.
Moving to Corvallis in 2005, I attended Oregon State’s College of Forestry. Working in restaurants while attending school, upon receiving my degree, I discovered that I was more interested in talking to people than measuring trees. My past experience, in these social settings, gave me the ideal platform to communicate and socialize with incredible people, from every part of the Corvallis community and beyond. I am proud and value each step it took to achieve my goal of where I am today.
People are very important to me, I care about who they are and what they need, which helps me perform my job well. Having a young family, I know how important it was to find the right home for us. I have lived in Willamette Landing for 13 years and genuinely want to see my clients, in that same way, find a home that will serve their needs, now and into the future. Whether I am helping a family, like my own, find the space where their children will grow up or helping a client downsize for the future, each individual situation is extremely gratifying, knowing that I have helped them reach their goal.
I will always make myself available, as much as possible, to my clients giving them the tools needed to discover the property that lines up with their idea of perfection. I am not interested in high-pressure sales or hurrying people through the process. I will take as much time as needed, allowing each client the opportunity to find their perfect home or property. Everyone deserves that simple courtesy.
Raising a family in Corvallis, I am fully vested in my community. You can often find me walking around Willamette Park with my children or taking them for a couple of afternoon games at Highland Bowl. People I work with are neighbors and friends. In a small tight-knit community, like Corvallis, we are all neighbors and I hope that after working together we will also be friends.
I am a dedicated and knowledgeable professional committed to helping clients achieve their goals. My expertise in the Willamette Valley and keen eye for emerging trends, combined with strong negotiation skills, allows me to provide personalized service and expert guidance to buyers and sellers alike. With a focus on communication, integrity, and ongoing education, I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my clients get the best possible results. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, I am here to help you navigate the buying or selling process with confidence and peace of mind.
As a real estate professional, I hold myself to the highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all dealings with clients and colleagues. This includes timely communication, thorough knowledge of the market and regulations, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service possible. By upholding these standards of professionalism, I build trust and credibility with my clients.
With years of experience, I have an in-depth knowledge of the local market, a strong network of contacts, and a proven track record of successful transactions. I am equipped to provide guidance and advice to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the buying or selling process with confidence.
I always maintain the highest ethical standards and act in the best interest of my clients. This includes being honest and transparent in all dealings, avoiding conflicts of interest, and always acting with professionalism and respect.
I have spent most of my adult life in Europe and I have great appreciation and passion for the arts and different architectural styles. My professional focus is on residential home sales. Finding the perfect fit for you is my top priority and the easier I can make the process for you, the better!
I am a perfectionist by nature and I carry that quality into my work with boundless energy and a strong work ethic. The primary service I provide to my clients is uncompromising honesty and constant communication.
I worked for Central Home as an agent in the stunning capital city of Hungary, with a focus on the close-in downtown area of Budapest. Most of the buildings were built in the late 1800's and early 1900's by the greatest architects of Europe. My expertise was to work with foreign investors mostly from European countries. Working with people from different cultures requires great communication skills and a tremendous amount of trust from both sides.
Moving to the US was one of the biggest decisions of my life, but I never had a doubt about my goal of becoming a real estate broker here as well. After finishing my English studies at CCC., I decided to do some volunteer work at Willamette View Retirement Home. After a year and a half of volunteering, I met one of the top brokers in the Portland Metro Area, and I worked with her for over four years. After becoming an independent agent in 2012, I was fortunate to meet the love of my life, and was married and moved to Corvallis in 2014 where I continued working as a real estate professional. Now that I've lived in Oregon for nine years, I can confidently say that I live in one of the greatest places on Earth. I'm very thankful to be living the American Dream.
Let me help you achieve your dreams! Please feel free to contact me anytime, I would love to assist you in your next real estate transaction!
Rather than a "salesperson" I see myself as one who helps people realize their unique dreams. As a real estate professional, I strive to provide the best service possible, keeping lines of communication open and up-dating progress continually. Also, I represent the best interests of my clients with honesty and integrity.
My husband and I used to own and operate a graphic arts photo lab in Hollywood, California. Having previously worked in escrow and title, I have served as a real estate consultant/broker since 2005.
I and my husband, now a retired Good Samaritan Hospital radiology technologist, wanted for many years to live in the Pacific Northwest before finally realizing our dream in 2003. We love to travel, especially to Italy, and also explore much nearer to home in our tent trailer. I am an avid quilter. Having found a wonderful piano teacher here in Corvallis, I'm attempting to do my grand piano justice. We have three grown children, in Colorado and California, and four grandchildren.
I love that Windermere is committed to community service, and that a portion of each of our transaction commissions goes to the Windermere Foundation, which supports worthy charities. Company-wide, Windermere also sponsors a "Community Service Day". Everyone from our office this year spent a day working at the Safe Haven Humane Society.
I serve on the Board of Corvallis-OSU Piano International. We promote piano culture in our community with our annual Steinway Piano Series attracting international artists to the stage of the LeSells Stewart Center on the campus of Oregon State University. We also organize and sponsor piano workshops, master classes, a semi-annual spanish language concert and a yearly children's concert. I worship at Northwest Hills Community Church in Corvallis.

My career path towards real estate was most impacted by my experiences growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and contractors. Helping my parents with their businesses from a young age taught me the basics of running a business, the necessity of integrity and most importantly, it taught me the value of hard work. I had my first taste of customer service as a host at a steakhouse. I discovered that I have a natural talent for working with and relating to people and continued to waitress throughout high school and college, eventually moving into bartending. My experiences thus far have revealed that I LOVE helping others and would be happiest in a profession that allows me to connect with new people every day and leave a positive mark on their life.
I believe that you are always one decision away from a totally different life. That turning point for me came when I made what I now know to be one of the best investments of my life. I bought my first home at the young age of 19. Although my home was quite the fixer upper, it was MINE, and that was an exhilarating feeling. The experience was wonderful, primarily because I worked with a phenomenal Realtor who helped me navigate the ins and outs of the real estate market. It impressed upon me the important role that Realtors have in the lives of their clients, and sparked my desire to be that helping hand to the people around me. The combination of that feeling, my love for helping others, my experience in home remodeling, and my degree in business carved the path for me to become a Realtor.
After my family planted their roots and raised me in the small farming town of Jefferson, my love for Oregon and the Willamette Valley continues to grow every day. Knowing that I wanted the Valley to be my home, I chose to attend Oregon State University because of the small-town feel that Corvallis and the surrounding areas offer. In my down time, I love to take advantage of the endless activities our beautiful state offers, whether it be hiking, hunting, fishing, or a short drive to the lake, beach, or mountains.
As a Real Estate professional I believe that by connecting with my clients, utilizing my skills and market knowledge and having their best interest at heart, I can serve them in a way that leaves a lasting impression and helps them to achieve their dreams. I take pride in my ability to make others feel at ease with my approachable attitude and steadfast commitment to meeting their needs. I can’t wait to meet with you and learn how I can help you improve your future.
In 2009 my wife and I left Texas and moved to the beautiful State of Oregon with the dream of starting new careers and a family that would be immersed in a culture and quality of life that is appreciated and special only to this wonderful State. Flash forward, we have two young children that are fortunate to attend the Good Shephard Lutheran school in Albany, my wife is enjoying a progressive career and I have made my home with the Windermere Willamette Valley real estate family.
Why I am excited to be a part of the real estate industry?
Why I chose Windermere and how this benefits you.
How can I help you?
When not selling real estate, you will find me throwing weights around at the gym, enjoying my favorite foods, expanding my connection to my friends and community, or appreciating quality time with family at home, camping and exploring the Oregon beaches or mountains.
